When you access or use any content, functionality, or services (the “Services”) offered on or through the FL33T LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) mobile application (“GIFTID”) and the Company’s website located at www.giftidapp.com (the “Website”), you’ll share some "personal information" with us, or in other words information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. We want to be transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, store it, and the rights and choices available to you with respect to such information.

The Services are intended and available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain data relating to children, or any persons under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information as quickly as possible and prevent future access to the Services from the related account. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us directly or we receive from third party sources. You may provide personal information to us directly through the Services or we may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from other sources, such as third party services, data providers, business partners, and any publicly accessible sources.

Registration/Profile Information: A Google Account is required to access and use our Services. When you register and/or login using Google Sign-In to access or use the Services, we receive profile information about you, such as your email address.

Communications Information: You may provide us personal information when you contact us, whether to report a problem with the Services, provide feedback, fill out forms, receive customer support, or otherwise communicate with us in any manner.

Marketing Information: You may provide us personal information relating to your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with them.

Device Information: We collect device-specific information such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, your login data, access times, network information, browser plug-in types and versions, language, and general location information such as city or town.

Location Information: We collect information that includes your location disclosed by IP address, as well as information about proxies.

Advertising Information: Revenue from advertising helps us provide and improve our Services. Third party advertising companies may collect information using cookies, AdID, and other sources. Through our Services, advertisers may use advertising identifiers and any other sources in order to collect and use data regarding advertisement analytics and your activity for the purpose of delivering personalized ads.

Information collected automatically. We, third party service providers, and our business partners may automatically log the following information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your activity when accessing and using the Services.

Device Information: We collect device-specific information such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, your login data, access times, mobile network information, browser plug-in types and versions, language, and general location information such as city or town.

Usage Information: We collect information about your activity on our Services such as how you interact with the GIFTID mobile application (e.g. number of connections made, advertisement impressions and clicks, error logs, aggregate query and click data, and other usage analytics), how you interact with the Website, the date and time you access the Services, duration of access, navigation paths between pages or screens, and information about any other activity on a page or screen.

Cookies: As with most websites, the Website also uses cookies, which are small text files stored on a site visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s preferences, enable or improve site functionality, facilitate navigation between pages, and help analyze user activity and patterns. We use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., javascript libraries, web beacons, pixels) to improve functionality and recognize you and your device(s).

PURPOSE:

Firebase Crashlytics uses crash stack traces to associate crashes with a project, send email alerts to project members and display them in the Firebase Console, and help Firebase customers debug crashes. It uses Crashlytics Installation UUIDs to measure the number of users impacted by a crash and minidump data to process NDK crashes. The minidump data is stored while the crash session is being processed and then discarded.

Firebase Performance Monitoring uses Firebase installation IDs to calculate the number of unique Firebase installations that access network resources, to ensure that access patterns are sufficiently anonymous. YOUR CHOICES

Update or Delete Your Information. A Google account is required to access our Services. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users in the Firebase Realtime Database, which is used to realize various essential features of the Services. The Firebase Realtime Database stores some information related to your Google account, such as your email address, and usage activity on the Services. You may delete this information from our servers at at any time by emailing a request to support@giftidapp.com. We will comply with all deletion requests to the extent permissible by law. We will not delete data that we are legally required to maintain. Note, deleting personal information from our database does not delete your Google Account. If you would like to delete your Google Account, please refer to relevant Google materials outlining user account deletion. The removal of your personal information from our database may result in us not being able to provide you with the Services. If you would like to update your personal information, please do so through your Google Account.

Opt-out of Receiving Marketing Communications. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may email a request to support@giftidapp.com. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, you may continue to receive emails regarding the Services you receive (e.g. support and important legal notices).

Cookies. Many browsers accept cookies by default. Most browsers let your customize your cookie preferences. You can remove and/or block some or all cookies from the websites you visit by following the instructions in your browser's settings. Please note that making changes to your cookie preferences may limit the functionality of our Services.

Advertising. The information used for personalized advertising can be controled by:

Mobile Device Settings. You may set your mobile device to opt-out of personalized ads, by resetting the Advertising ID associated with your device.

Storage. We will store and maintain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable fraud monitoring, detection and loss prevention activities. Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights can submit a request directing us not to sell their personal information by sending an email to support@giftidapp.com. However, please know we do not sell personal information as defined in Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify and update this PRIVACY POLICY at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of GIFTID, the Website and the Services afterwards. If we make material changes to this PRIVACY POLICY we will post the updated notice on the Website and update the notice’s effective date. It is your responsibility to check this Website for changes to the PRIVACY POLICY. By continuing to access or use GIFTID, the Website or the Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised PRIVACY POLICY.
