We want to be transparent about the information we collect, how we use it, store it, and the rights and choices available to you with respect to such information.

 

The Services are intended and available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain data relating to children, or any persons under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information as quickly as possible and prevent future access to the Services from the related account. Registration/Profile Information: A Google Account is required to access and use our Services. When you register and/or login using Google Sign-In to access or use the Services, we receive profile information about you, such as your email address.

 

Communications Information: You may provide us personal information when you contact us, whether to report a problem with the Services, provide feedback, fill out forms, receive customer support, or otherwise communicate with us in any manner.

 

Marketing Information: You may provide us personal information relating to your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with them.

 

Device Information: We collect device-specific information such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, your login data, access times, network information, browser plug-in types and versions, language, and general location information such as city or town.

Cookies: As with most websites, the Website also uses cookies, which are small text files stored on a site visitor’s device to uniquely identify the visitor’s preferences, enable or improve site functionality, facilitate navigation between pages, and help analyze user activity and patterns. PURPOSE:

Firebase Authentication uses the data to enable end-user authentication, and facilitate end-user account management. It also uses user-agent strings and IP addresses to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication.

PURPOSE:

Firebase Crashlytics uses crash stack traces to associate crashes with a project, send email alerts to project members and display them in the Firebase Console, and help Firebase customers debug crashes. It uses Crashlytics Installation UUIDs to measure the number of users impacted by a crash and minidump data to process NDK crashes. The minidump data is stored while the crash session is being processed and then discarded.

PURPOSE:

Firebase Performance Monitoring uses Firebase installation IDs to calculate the number of unique Firebase installations that access network resources, to ensure that access patterns are sufficiently anonymous. Additionally, it uses IP addresses to map performance events to the countries they originate from.

YOUR CHOICES

 

Update or Delete Your Information. A Google account is required to access our Services. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users in the Firebase Realtime Database, which is used to realize various essential features of the Services. The Firebase Realtime Database stores some information related to your Google account, such as your email address, and usage activity on the Services. You may delete this information from our servers at at any time by emailing a request to support@giftidapp.com. We will comply with all deletion requests to the extent permissible by law. We will not delete data that we are legally required to maintain. Note, deleting personal information from our database does not delete your Google Account. If you would like to delete your Google Account, please refer to relevant Google materials outlining user account deletion. The removal of your personal information from our database may result in us not being able to provide you with the Services. If you would like to update your personal information, please do so through your Google Account.

 

Opt-out of Receiving Marketing Communications. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may email a request to support@giftidapp.com. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, you may continue to receive emails regarding the Services you receive (e.g. support and important legal notices).

 

Cookies. Many browsers accept cookies by default. Most browsers let your customize your cookie preferences. You can remove and/or block some or all cookies from the websites you visit by following the instructions in your browser's settings. Please note that making changes to your cookie preferences may limit the functionality of our Services.

We reserve the right to modify and update this PRIVACY POLICY at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of GIFTID, the Website and the Services afterwards. If we make material changes to this PRIVACY POLICY we will post the updated notice on the Website and update the notice’s effective date. It is your responsibility to check this Website for changes to the PRIVACY POLICY.
